Identification of parts

Please note that our appliance pages and part descriptions are a guide to the parts fitted on certain appliances and are not definitive. There may be several options available on the same model boiler for the same part dependent upon multiple factors such as date of manufacture. Many parts fitted on Ariston appliances are serial number specific. Therefore, it is extremely important that you identify the correct part on this basis. If you need help identifying the correct part, then please email enquiries@ariston-uk.com with the serial number of your appliance and the part required.

Ariston-UK Spares accepts no responsibility for an incorrectly identified/ordered part.

Shipping, delivery and other Important stuff

We understand that it is important that you receive your order quickly and reliably. This is why we have chosen to use premium courier services for our deliveries (not just the cheapest).

If you order from us, you can be sure of the following:

1) The part you order will be a genuine Ariston part, not an alternative

2) The part will be packaged properly, in a suitably sized box

Your order will be shipped by a recognised courier service (usually UPS or FedEx) where possible. All of our standard deliveries are placed on the basis of delivery within 1 – 2 business days before end of day.

All orders will require a signature of receipt.

Next business day delivery is available at an additional charge at checkout. Orders must be received before 1pm to obtain next business day delivery. If an order is received after 1pm it will be despatched the following day.

Please note that orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

You pay delivery costs as part of your order unless specific terms provide otherwise. The cost of delivery is clearly noted as part of the checkout process.

We will do our best to keep expected delivery dates. However, sometimes delays to delivery are outside of our control.

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to addresses within mainland United Kingdom.

COMPLETE APPLIANCES – WATER HEATERS

    Water heaters are not supplied with installation kits A, B or C, unless specifically detailed. These will need to be ordered separately.

    All water heaters listed on our website should be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and associated water regulations.

    All water heaters listed on our website should be installed by a competent person, with relevant qualifications.

    Any errors or damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    Please ensure that you register your new appliance with Ariston to obtain the warranty.

    In the unlikely event that your water heater becomes faulty during the warranty period you should call Ariston customer service directly. They will arrange a replacement/repair with you.

Collection

If you are local, you are welcome to collect your order to avoid paying any delivery / shipping charges - please select this option when placing your order

Once we receive your order, we will allocate stock on the next working day and notify you by email when your order is ready for collection

After receiving this email, please collect between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday from Status Heating Limited, 153 Newborough Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 2HE

Returns

You may return Goods for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery / collection provided that the following conditions are satisfied:

(a) Goods will only be accepted if you have taken reasonable care of them and they are unused

(b) You return all the original packaging

Before returning any Goods you must contact us by:

(a) emailing enquiries@ariston-uk.com

Except where otherwise agreed, you are responsible for returning the Goods to us. We ask that you please ensure that you obtain adequate proof of postage with adequate insurance in place.

Where Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession we shall not be obliged to accept the return of those Goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that the Goods are available for re-collection or re-delivery for which you shall be liable for any reasonable delivery charges incurred.

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless they are faulty):

(a) Special Order Goods;

(b) if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (e.g. boiler printed circuit boards); and (c) Goods that have been fitted;

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. Notification of any defect must be made within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

If you return Goods to us for any reason (save where the Goods are faulty) within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection, we will process the refund due to you (including any applicable delivery charges) as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

FedEx UPS

Fast delivery via UPS/FedEx

We know how important spares are, so have chosen to deliver your parts via reputable courier UPS/FedEx (where possible) to ensure reliable and fast delivery, offering a next day upgrade (order before 1pm to guarantee next business day) for just £2.75 + VAT extra.
